Maja Salvador tackles a more mature role in the upcoming ABS-CBN remake of the 1990 classic drama "Nagsimula sa Puso".A more sensual Maja Salvador will be seen in the tv remake of the Mel Chionglo film Nagsimula sa Puso which originally starred by Hilda Koronel, Armida Siguion-Reyna, Cherie Gil, the late Jay Ilagan and Richard Gomez.
Maja was supposed to star in Anna Liza and Moon River but both projects were shelved by ABS-CBN. With Nagsimula sa Puso, Maja finally gets her long-awaited lead role in a drama series of her own.
Also starring on ABS-CBN’s Nagsimula sa Puso are Nikki Gil, Coco Martin and Jason Abalos.
The teleserye is set to premiere on September 28, 2009.
