Kapamilya actress-host Toni Gonzaga and her boyfriend Director Paul Soriano teams up in a drama indie film titled "A Journey Home", produced by Jubilee Evangelical Church.The story will center to a father (Soliman Cruz) who returned to his family after 20 years of absence. Toni is playing the role of a teenage mom.
This is also a big shift from her usual romantic comedy roles to full time drama.
Other cast includes Joem Bascon, Soliman Cruz, Lance Raymundo, John Manalo, Athena Tibi, Tiya Pusit and many more..
The movie's premiere night screening will be at SM Mega Mall Cinemas 8, 9, and 10 on October 3, 2009.
